Jason Griffiths is a Renshi level instructor in Koryu Uchinadi and is a direct student of Hanshi Patrick McCarthy. While not a member of Denshinkan as such, Renshi Jason Griffiths is Shawn Donaldson's teacher and often contributes to Koryu Uchinadi South Australia by way of academic assistance or quarterly classes, as well as continuing to be Shawn's mentor.

Jason holds a Sandan in Koryu Uchinadi and has completed the full-time course under Hanshi McCarthy to obtain his Diploma in Martial Arts. In addition, Jason is also a qualified personal trainer and holds a Shodan in Shotokan Karate-Do.

Following a recommendation from his original Shotokan Sensei, Jason began his Koryu Uchinadi journey in 2000 by training under Hanshi McCarthy full-time for 4 years and has since honed his skills and improved his knowledge with continued training and seminars.

To date, Renshi Jason Griffiths remains one of few Koryu Uchinadi instructors certified to the Renshi level, and a highly saught after instructor for seminars and classes.
