Epidavros in Argolia
This Ampitheater is the largest in Greece it is used on a regular basis especialy in
the summer months.It has a capacity seating of about 15000 people.When I was there it was
full manly tourists to view a play by the ancient Greek playwrite Aristophanis.
The amazing thing was the clarity of sound, even a faint whisper was audible in the back
rows. The tourists could not believe the amazing acoustics possible and this was their
biggest impression about Epidavros.
