Operating from the scenic Aldinga Aerodrome located on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, the friendly Aldinga Aero Club would like to invite anyone with an interest in aviation to join or visit our club. We hold a flying event on the first Sunday of every month, usually in the form of a simple competition to add interest and improve piloting skills. Events kick off around midday with a BBQ, when pilots are briefed on the rules/requirements for the day's flight. Although official entry in the competitions is only available to Club members, additional seats can be filled on an "as is" basis.
Additional events of an aviation nature are held throughout the year.

This year marks the club's 12th year of operation. Our club house provides a very comfortable venue for meetings, and also houses a library of aviation books and videos available for loan at a very small cost.
Whether you're a complete novice or a highly experienced pilot, all you need is an interest in aviation and you'll be more than welcome at The Aldinga Aero Club.
Recently the club has established a junior wing for people between 12 and 17 years of age who have an interest in aviation. The aim of the junior wing is to foster aviation in youth in the district with the hope that some will go on to become actively employed in an aviation related occupation or take up recreational aviation as a life long interest.
