Mistletoebird - Dicaeum hirundinaceum

Occasional visitor. A very small, short-tailed bird; male is glossy blue-black above, red throat and vent, pale belly with dark central streak, female and juvenile are dark grey above, pale belly with dark central streak, vent pale red. Forages especially in mistletoes.

Voice: clear 'swizit, swizit', also mimicry.
